the hotel was very close to the city center and public transportation. the rooms were always clean ! the staff was very open to communication. they were always helpful with directions and recommendations. the hotel also had areas to leave luggage during check-in and check-out times, very convenient.
The pillow was a bit too large and synthetic for me. It seemed to have some lumps inside.

the breakfast included a variety of options, that certainly satisfied my appetite each morning. the location was very close to palladium mall, quite convenient. the staff was always open to communication and provided prompt assistance with any inquiries i had.
the room was a bit chilly upon arrival. it would be beneficial if the heating system was more effective, to quickly warm the room, especially during colder periods. this would improve the comfort level .

the hotel located near tram stop and restaurants was great. rooms has super clean conditions and a spacious feel to it. i had space to comfortably open two suitcases. the staff helped with plates and cutlery on request and this i consider value.
the breakfast consist mostly sugary cakes and lacks variety, i find it not very appealing.
